Yes, you can attend the annual UK Fresh Oil Retreat as a day delegate if you live close to the venue of the Retreat. You would still have to register to attend for administrative and logistical purposes. Adults (age 26 and over) would usually be required to pay for Registration.
However, the UK Fresh Oil Retreat 2020 will be a Virtual Retreat hosted online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, registration is free for everyone. Nonetheless, all delegates are required to register here.
Yes. You are welcome to attend the retreat on any of the days.
This is a family event and those with small children and nursing infants are more than welcome to attend. Children from the age of 4 have their own sessions at intervals during the course of the Retreat. However, we respectfully ask that parents be responsible for the care and safety of their children (not allowing excessive and loud talking) when in the main auditorium.

UK Fresh Oil will refund registration payments to delegates who have paid for the 2020 Retreat.
UK Fresh Oil has cancelled all bookings and reservations with Mercure Hotel and do not expect anyone to be charged in respect to the retreat. However, you can contact Ashleigh Cardwell @ Mercure Haydock Hotel on 01942 292036 (Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm)
